Everyone of our technicians have been vetted and screened before being hired. In fact, we only hire about 10% of all applicants. Our cleaners will be as careful as possible while cleaning and will not open anything without prior permission. However, accidents can occur and with that in mind, it is often best to remove any delicate or irreplaceable items to ensure their safety. Of course, all weapons, cash and jewelry should be removed and secured. If something should happen, please call our office as soon as possible with your concerns. Our staff will be in touch with you and notify you of any resolution for the matter.
We love all pets! In fact, we will work in the home with all pets. However, some may be better off secured in a room or outside while our technician works to not interfere with the cleaning process.
