It is not necessary for someone to be at home when the cleaning takes place. The fact is that most of our clients are not there when all cleaning technicians are cleaning the place. We do make sure that our clients return to a welcoming home once we are done with the cleaning. The only thing you need to do is leave us instructions about entering your home. Also, do not forget to tell us about is special circumstances such as protected areas where technicians shouldn’t go or any unsecured pets in the house, or other such things.
In case somebody is at home when the cleaning is scheduled, make sure that technicians get complete access to the areas that need to be cleaned and they are able to go about their job without being interrupted. If you are working from home, please let us know and we will schedule cleaning of the home office first to allow you to go about your workday with minimal disruption.
