It is not necessary to make sure you are home when the cleaning technicians are at work. In fact, many of our customers are not home when we clean, but we will make sure you have a clean and welcoming home on your return! If you are not at home when we arrive, all that is needed is to tell us how to get into your home. Also, let us know whether there are special circumstances to know about. This could include an area you don’t want us to access, or if you have unsecured pets.

If you plan to stay at home during the cleaning service, we request that you allow the cleaners to have full access to any area you need to be cleaned without any interruptions. If you are working from home, you can have your office cleaned first to minimize any disruptions to your working day.

Yes, our services include all the needed supplies. If you prefer to use your own products, we are more than happy to use these supplies when possible. It is important to note that we can’t be held liable if your supplies cause any damages to your home. We use proven and tested supplies, and our cleaning technicians have the necessary training and experience to use the supplies, products, and equipment that we give them.

A tip is not an expectation but it is appreciated. You can either add a tip to the reoccurring charge or leave cash for the cleaners. If you have decided not to provide a tip, don’t worry, our cleaners won’t clean your house any different the next time around, whether you tip them or not. Our cleaning technicians are focused on providing the best quality cleaning. Customarily, it is a common practice to tip cleaners. $10 to$20 per visit is standard, but any amount will be appreciated.

If anything does go wrong while your house was cleaned, our teams will immediately contact the office. Our staff in the office will then contact you about the problem so we can come to a suitable resolution.

We have no problem with animals and we generally work well around domestic pets. However, we ask that you secure your pet if they are not used to people in your home or if they are going to interrupt or interfere with our cleaning process.
