1. Teach him/her how to handle the entry either with key box, garage code or key and alarm of each house.
2. Explain good Customer Service - Greet, say goodbye and communicate things such as damage, stains that were not removed, etc.
3. Talk to him/her about today's job notes. Let her/him read the job notes and let her/him tell you if she or he understands the instructions that are on the job notes for the areas to be cleaned in each house or any other notes.
4. Remind her/him about Pets: what to do with them,repeat not to let them out and follow any instructions on the job notes about pets.
5. Show him/her our policy when they damage or break something. (Call the office, take a picture of the item, if the customer is there apologize and show to the customer. Remind him/her that if she hides any damage him/she could be terminated immediately.

7. Explain that appliances should not be unplugged because most are programmed. For vacuuming you must use the electric outlets that do not have something plugged in.
8. Air conditioning thermostats: Explain our policy: change only with customer's permission, and only if the house is empty and it is very hot inside the house. If you adjust the temperature please return the temperature as it was)!
9. Teach him/her to communicate with the office from the first day. Example: let them know when they are arriving to a home early or late.
10. Make sure he/she has clocked in and out of every client's home on the app.
11. Explain how important it is NOT to be absent without notice.
12. Remind him/her to read the cleaning manual in the morning and in the afternoon of what he will be cleaning that day or the next day.
