By signing this document I am confirming my decision to resign my employment with Detail Cleaning Services. Detail Cleaning Services at no time terminated me without notice, it is my decision to quit. My last day of work was:

I acknowledge that when I was hired by Detail Cleaning Services I signed the non-compete agreement, I acknowledged the terms of the agreement and understood the necessity of the agreement to protect the company's customers. The non-compete agreement is effective until 2 years after the last date of employment and covers a 5 mile radius of the customer locations I clean for the company. I understand that it is a violation of the non-compete agreement if I contact by phone, social media, or in person one of Detail Cleaning Services' clients.
