I, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Detail Cleaning Services in regards to the cleaning kit provided to me during the course of my employment:

I commit to returning all products and items included in the cleaning kit in good condition upon the termination of my employment with Detail Cleaning Services. In the event that any product is damaged or not returned, I understand that I will be held responsible for the cost of each item.

I acknowledge and promise to pay Detail Cleaning Services the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) if I fail to return the complete cleaning kit at the conclusion of my employment. This amount will be deducted from my final paychecks over the last few weeks of my employment.

A SERVICE KIT consists of a cleaning bag containing cleaning tools, chemical products, towels, a vacuum cleaner with its accessories, a cleaning caddy, an apron, and any other items mentioned in the signed cleaning kit list. I agree that the Company may deduct money from my pay under the circumstances mentioned above, and as permitted by applicable law. Furthermore, I understand that the Company has declared its intention to comply with all applicable federal wage and hour and Tax laws.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this agreement, and I willingly and voluntarily agree to abide by them throughout the course of my employment with Detail Cleaning Services.
