If you must remain in the house, we kindly request that you allow our technician total access to all the areas needing cleaning. Additionally, shield them from unnecessary interruption as they take on their duties.

We are also willing to clean specific rooms of the house first such as the office, to ensure you can resume work as soon as possible, while cleaning of the other spaces goes on. We are flexible enough to reduce all possible interruptions to your daily lifestyle.

Yes. We come ready to use our supplies for the task. But, if possible, we are ready to try out any cleaning products you would like us to use. Please note: we will not be held responsible for any damage your cleaning products may cause to the house and its surfaces. This is why we always insist our maids only use products whose efficiency and safety is proven and guaranteed.

We do not work expecting tips but we always appreciate such acts of gratitude. You are allowed to use cash or raise your reoccurring charge if you are happy with our work. However, the quality of our work is guaranteed whether the client decides to tip the cleaners or not. We are professionals all the way, and we will not offer substandard services next time because a tip was not given.

Usually, many people give out a small gratuity of between $10- $20 for each visit, however, each amount is valued and respected all the time.

The number of times you need to have your home cleaned by professionals depends on the cleanliness levels of your home for a specific week or month. For instance, the cleaning demands are different for a home with 2 occupants and zero pets compared to a similar-size home with 4 family members and pets- A monthly service may be enough for the first example while a weekly service may be more suitable for the latter example.
